Transcript Requests

Students can access their unofficial transcript at any time through their Home Access Center (HAC).  Simply sign into HAC, select “grades” select the “transcript” tab …then right click and select “print.” 

If you are a student needing a Interim Progress Report for car insurance, sign into HAC, select “grades” … select the “IPR” tab, and right click to print.  

Seniors who are applying to colleges can request an unofficial transcript for FREE by going to https://www.parchment.com/order/my-credentials/
Once you set up an account, in Parchment you can sign back in at a later date to request an OFFICIAL transcript (fees apply).

Senior Final Transcripts

Final transcripts become available in Parchment in late June, after all courses, including Running Start and credit retrieval, have been transcribed and transcripts reflect a “graduate” status. 

 

When creating an account in Parchment, be sure to check the box "I authorize a copy of my credentials" which gives you the ability to store your transcript in your Parchment account.  Be sure to enter your correct high school grad year.  Parchment allows you to select the college you want your transcript sent electronically (be sure to select the correct department, undergraduate vs. graduate).  If you choose to have your transcript mailed by Parchment, there is an additional charge.

 

If you do not find your college in Parchment, please send an email to the RHS Registrar Mrs. Richtig at Richtcd@puyallup.k12.wa.us and include:

  • Your full name
  • Student ID
  • Date of Birth
  • Are you needing an unofficial transcript or official (signed and sealed)  *Hint:  check your forwarding college to see what they require.
  • Include the name and address of the college(s).

 

Please allow 2-3 business days for email requests to be processed.  NOTE:  Due to confidentially and email security concerns, we can ONLY send to your transcript via email through Parchment or thru PSD’s Secure File Transfer (where a code will be sent electronically for you to access your transcript).

 

If you have problems with Parchment, please email the RHS Registrar and she will be happy to mail your transcript (sent via US mail).  Mailed transcripts may take 7-10 business days before it reaches your preferred destination.

 

Athletic eligibility organizations:

NCAA - prefers a transcript at semester and once you graduate.  Send to NCAA via Parchment or email the RHS Registrar to upload your transcript to your NCAA Eligibility Center account.

 

NAIA – prefers a transcript your Junior Year and at graduation.  All transcripts must be submitted via the NAIA high school portal.
