Rogers has a rich tradition of athletic and academic excellence. The Rams routinely compete for division titles, district titles, as well as state titles. See below for a list of the various team championships and individual athletic awards earned throughout Rogers' history.

In addition, RHS has traditionally been very successful in the WIAA's Scholastic Cup competition. It recognizes performance in the classroom as well as on the playing surface. Schools that finish at the top of their respective classifications in state athletic competition receive points, as do schools that finish at the top in team academic performance. Sportsmanship is also a factor, with substantial points deducted for ejections from contests. At the end of the year, the school with the most points in their classification will be awarded the prestigious Scholastic Cup.
