SSG Ronald Shurer Medal Of Honor Recipient

SSG Ronald Shurer served in the U.S. Army now retired, was a Rogers High School graduate class of 1997 and recieved the Medal of Honor. On 12/6/19 SSG Shurer came to Rogers and spent the entire day which he visited classes during school and Rogers staff. Later during the day at 3:30pm there was a ceremony that the public was invited to for SSG Shurer in the Rogers High School Performing Arts Center at the end a monument that honored SSG Shurer was unveiled to the public during the end of the ceremony.
